The concept for Dezigners was driven by the passion for woodworking, discovery of state-of-the-art wood carving technologies, and the intent of restoring the lost art of making fine furniture.  This marriage of high-tech capabilities and old-world craftsmanship has opened the door to customizing wood like never before.

In designing our furniture we strive to create applications that celebrate the natural beauty of wood.  Our designs are inspired by ideas from all around the world.  It is our goal to turn everyday applications into conversation pieces - masterpieces that will last for generations!

Every Dezigners original is a custom work of art!  We import the best woods from the most secure sources around the world.  We only use the finest hardwoods like teak, cherry, and mahogany as well as other exotic woods from around the world. The individual boards are hand-selected for grain symmetry and beauty.  Our furniture is constructed using the finest joinery methods which give our applications its enduring strength. Once carved every Dezigners original is meticulously hand-sanded and prepared for the final step - finishing.   The search for beauty is often lost or found in the finish process.  A good finish enhances the natural wood grain and coloring rather than hiding it. It is an involved process, requiring from the craftsman a commitment to detail. Our craftspeople use a variety of custom stains and techniques to achieve the most elegant outcome, and then apply a clear lacquer to protect the finish. Once our stains and lacquers are applied and allowed to dry they are rubbed by hand and hand-held devices allowing us to achieve the finest and most elegant finish.
